Archival history
The Intermedia unit organized activities such as concerts and films presented at the Gallery. They also coordinated the rental of space for different functions from the public and private sector in the many Gallery facilities. This department was a part of the larger Education and Public Programs department. All units work together to develop interpretative and educational programs related to the different exhibitions, including the preparation of written educational material, the organization and supervision of tours, programs and special events. A majority of these files belonged to Murray Elfenbaum, Tricia Wasney, and other past employees of the Intermedia department.
Transferred to archives in 2011. Processed and added to archives collection in 2023.
