Consists of correspondence and records concerning the planning of exhibitions, public programming, special events, Grants and capital campaigns. Records of long-range strategic planning and final reports are included, as well as some records of the various arts/museum organizations with which Directors have been involved.

Documents include various travel expense reports and arrangement forms in relation to WAG employee Judy Murphy.

Planning Week 1991.

Documents include correspondence regarding planning week of 1991, a master copy of the Long Range Plan, an overview of WAG accomplishments, criteria for evaluating mission statements and the 1990/91 Program Plan. A hand written, unlabeled strategy presentation is included as well, with a photocopied version attached.

Planning Committee 1992.

Documents include correspondence regarding this year’s planning, meeting minutes from a meeting of the WAG board of governors from 1988, a guideline booklet for program planning, a preliminary game plan and a list of program evaluation meeting decisions.

Strategic Planning 1994.

Documents include the WAG Strategic Plan with listed goals, an institutional profile on the WAG, and a copy of Strategic Action Planning 1995-96.

Deficit Retirement Program.

Documents include a deficit reduction agreement between the WAG and the Government of Manitoba, an accumulated deficit retirement plan, guidelines for the program and various correspondence.
